prior to booking! It’s a lot of important information.
- All Bookings are booked with a non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.
- The remaining balance is due at the appointment by EMT or Cash or Card .Save the tax on cash payments.
- Bookings may be rescheduled 72 hours in advance. If rescheduling less than 72 hours your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- No Shows - no future appointments.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours a new non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.
- Lateness - Appointments are typically booked back to back - If you are running more than 20 min late the appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please take into account traffic, and weather conditions when driving to your appointment. I also recommend googling the address the day prior.
- Once your appointment has been booked please DM me a picture of your brows.
- If you have previous work - you must send me a picture before booking to get approval. Not all previous work can be worked onThis is typically a two-step process.
- Initial appointment and a touchup (not included with the initial cost) The touch up can be booked 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment (see below) it is your responsibility to book this appointment.
- In rare cases, a third appointment may be required. Results are unpredictable, and cannot be guaranteed.
- Keep in mind everyone heals differently depending on skin, lifestyle, existing hair, medication and aftercare. We cannot guarantee results as we have no control over how your body will heal and how the pigment will retain in your skin.Everyone’s face is different, nobody’s face is totally symmetrical. Keep in mind Brows will always be sisters and not twins
- We cannot treat you if you:
- You are under 18 years age.
- You have diabetesYou are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have glaucoma or taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin).
- You have skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema.
- You have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis.
- You have a haemophilia.
- You have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- You are on any skin medication such as Accutane or steroids.
- You have active skin cancer.
- You undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor).
- You have epilepsy.
You have a pacemaker or major heart problems.
You had Botox in the past one month.
- or any other conditions you may feel may affect your healing.

- 3 WEEKS BEFORE:
- No botox.
- No fillers.
- No Microneedling.
- No Dermaplaning.
- No Peels.
No laser hair removal or laser resurfacing.
- 5 DAYS BEFORE:
- Avoid heavy exfoliation.
- Avoid facial waxing.
- Stop using active ingredients such as retinol, glycolic, lactic, salicylic, etc.
- Irritation can occur and change the focus of your facial goals.
- THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Arrive without makeup on.
- Remove Jewelry.
- Remove contacts and glasses before the treatment.
